Charles has been in the insurance industry since 1985, when he took his first post-college job out of the University of Miami, as a Commercial Underwriter with Hartford Insurance in Chicago. Working at Hartford was a great way to learn from the inside how coverages and pricing work.

From that start, he went into sales with a vast knowledge of how the Underwriters price accounts. This has helped him to save his customers hundreds of thousands of dollars over his career.

Charles enjoys building long term relationships with his customers and working with them closely to develop long term strategies and successful safety programs that result in considerable savings year after year.

In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
